At Klaar.me, you can determine the value of your work yourself. Your remuneration depends on how much you are willing to contribute each month and the complexity of the clients you serve. In addition, you will be compensated for your own professional development for client work as well as internal consultations with other specialists – we value your time and knowledge sharing. Klaar.me pays higher fees to competence leaders in recognition of their professional mastery and responsibility.
