Purchase invoices
In the purchase invoices process, time is saved by digitising documents, and this is where Envoice software plays an important role.
Money process
In the money process, we check whether banks are connected to accounting software to save valuable time and easily get an overview of cash flows. Loans and interest are accounted for in Excel.
Employee process
The Envoice software is essential for employee-related processes, allowing the automation of expense and dispatch reports. With SmartAccounts and Merit Pay, payroll can be sent out with the click of a button. The accounting of medical expenses is done in Excel, as an automated solution has not yet been developed.
Assets process
The asset accounting process provides an overview of the company’s assets, and once again accounting software plays an important role. Accounting for intangible assets is done in Excel. To keep track of the inventory records, we use the Erply Warehouse and SmartAccounts interface and Directo software.
Tax process
In the tax process, we interface accounting software solutions with the e-Tax Board to ensure that all taxes are declared correctly and on time.
