How does the interface work?
The integration enables seamless data exchange between Erply warehouse software and SmartAccounts. The workflow moves from Erply to SmartAccounts: detailed inventory records remain in Erply, while the data and expense entries required for accounting are imported into SmartAccounts according to the agreed-upon settings.
Implementation of the interface
The integration process begins with the initial setup. During this process, data exchange between Erply and SmartAccounts is established and configured.
During implementation, we assess the company’s integration needs, specify what data needs to be exchanged between systems, configure the data exchange logic, and create the necessary initial integration. We also provide access to a separate data exchange environment and verify that the integration operates according to the agreed-upon workflow.
To use the integration, you will be granted access to a separate data exchange environment where you can manage the integration’s operation. If your company already has a suitable data exchange environment, you can also configure the integration there. If you do not have a server or a suitable hosting environment, Klaar.me can help you set up a server service for an additional fee.

Detailed inventory records remain in the Erply warehouse software. The data and expense entries required for accounting are transferred to SmartAccounts according to the configured workflow.
Can I order just support and management services?
Support and management services can be ordered for an existing integration. If the Erply x SmartAccounts integration has not yet been implemented, you must first order a one-time implementation service.
Is a separate server required for the integration?
To use the integration, the customer is granted access to a separate data exchange environment. If the company already has a suitable environment, the integration can also be configured there. If there is no suitable server or hosting environment, Klaar.me can assist with setting up server services for an additional fee.
