Payroll accounting

Payroll demands significant time and investment in technology. It also requires staying updated with frequently changing laws. In our work, we leverage advanced software to ensure salaries are paid accurately, comply with legal requirements, and are processed as efficiently and automatically as possible.  We provide payroll services mainly to large companies with more than 50 employees as well as to clients operating abroad. The largest number of employees we serve is 170.

Financial management

We offer financial management services exclusively to clients who have contracted Klaar.me for their accounting needs.

Depending on the needs of the company, Klaar.me’s CFO reviews the financial figures with the CEO, usually once a month. The CFO supports the client and the accounting team in setting up the necessary reporting system. The CFO is an external consultant, available as needed, to handle all financial matters . For larger clients, the CFO will lead projects and developments, serve as the main point of contact with the auditor, and be the primary contact for monthly meetings and financial report preparation.

Annual reports

The annual report is a document that provides important information for management decisions. Therefore, finding a competent and skilled partner for the preparation of the annual accounts is essential. We have a long experience in the production of annual reports and work with a range of functional and efficient systems. We help bring your annual accounts up to modern standards by digitizing and automating them with advanced accounting software. This way, you can manage your own accounting processes on an ongoing basis if necessary, but you also have our full support.

Diagnostics of financial processes

We have more than 20 years of experience in the world of accounting and financial management. As an external team, we can assess the efficiency of your company’s accounting as well as finance processes and propose solutions to streamline and automate them.

Recruitment and short-term hiring of staff

Klaar.me offers a unique, professional and reliable financial recruitment service. We have our own network of nearly 400 financial experts ready to work on a project, part-time and full-time basis.

Consultations

In business, there are always new and complex issues that are not the domain or competence of an existing accountant. We welcome you to consult us on those issues that require the expertise of a senior level financial professional. We can advise on more complex accounting transactions, advise on the need to change software, tidy up work already done and, if necessary, carry out other specialised accounting work. 

Preparation for audit and inspection

We cooperate with the Estonian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and we are an approved partner if your company needs an auditor. Successful audits depend on good cooperation between the audit firm, the accountant and the company, thorough preparation and meeting deadlines. We have many years of experience in preparing audits, and we make sure that all the documents required for the audit are available to the auditor on time, in the right format, and that the financial figures in the Annual Accounts reflect a true and fair view. As part of the service, we will check the financial numbers, map the operation and modernity of the financial processes and make suggestions for making the financial processes more efficient.
