Payroll accounting

Payroll requires a lot of time and investment in technology. You also have to keep up with changing laws quite frequently. In our work, we use smart software solutions to ensure that all salaries are paid correctly and in compliance with the law, and that the whole process is as automated as possible. We provide payroll services mainly to large companies (over 50 employees), but also to clients operating abroad. The largest company we serve has 170 employees.

Financial management

We provide financial management services only to Klaar.me accounting service contracted clients.

According to the company’s needs, Klaar.me’s CFO reviews the financials together with the CEO, usually once a month. The CFO supports the client and the accounting team in setting up the necessary reporting system. If necessary, the CFO is also an external consultant who can be called upon for all financial matters. For larger clients, the CFO manages client work and development, is the point of contact with the auditor and the primary and main contact for monthly meetings, and prepares financial reports.

Annual reports

The annual report is a document that provides essential information for management decisions. Therefore, it is essential to find a competent and skilled partner to prepare the annual report. We have a long experience in the preparation of annual reports, based on a well-established and efficient system and set of software solutions. During the annual reporting process, we will help you to bring your company’s accounting up to the state-of-the-art once a year, and to digitise and automate it using accounting software. In this way, you can manage your own accounting processes on an ongoing basis if you need to, but you can count on our full support.

Business controlling and Diagnostics of financial processes

We have more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. As an external team, we can assess the efficiency of your company’s accounting and financial processes and propose solutions to streamline and automate them.

The goal of the Financial Process Diagnostics service is to identify bottlenecks in financial processes in line with business processes and software circles, increase efficiency in the finance department and across the company, modernise financial processes and thereby increase the value of accounting.

We welcome you to consult us on topics that require the expertise of a senior level financial professional. We can advise on more complex accounting transactions, advise on the need to change software, tidy up work already done, and carry out other specialised accounting work where necessary.

Preparation for audit and inspection

If your company is looking for an auditor, you should know that Klaar.me is an approved partner of the Estonian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The key to a successful audit is good cooperation between the audit firm, the accountant and the company, thorough preparation and meeting deadlines. We have long experience in audit preparation. We make sure that all the documents required for the audit are available to the auditor on time and in the right form, and that the annual accounts submitted to the Commercial Register reflect the statutory picture. As part of the service, we will review financial ratios, map the operation and timeliness of key financial processes, and make recommendations for improvements to financial processes.
